THE FACE BEHIND YOUR BRAND

The first step is learning about your company. Large or small. What is your overall vision and message?

This determines the direction of your corporate headshots. We welcome the insight of art and design teams. However, if you do not have one, we are happy to use our vision to help guide you. 

Once your personal style and look has been determined, scheduling is next. Ideally, 15 minutes per person. We will work with your business scheduling coordinator to ensure a smooth and simple experience. 

Studio portraits, both black and white and color can take place in your office. Whether it's a conference room or empty hallway, we have the ability to make it work. Our studio set up comes directly to you.

For more personal sessions, such as environmental shoots we may need to have a preliminary visit to determine the necessary preparations to ensure a relaxed day. Once lighting and location have been determined, the sessions can begin production.

We offer small business packages (20 employees or less)  and large business packages (20-40 employees). If your business exceeds the large business package option we offer day rates as well. 

You determine the final product. We can deliver files at the end of day to art departments. Or if you prefer a final , retouched product, courtesy of Scarlett Studios, we are happy to do so. Retouched files are delivered via dropbox. This option requires an additional service fee for post production.

Enhanced services include: makeup artist for touch ups/full make up.
